1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Visibility ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Visibility checks whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) mention your brand in response to customer prompts. We provide:

  • AI visibility scores and reports based on real-time AI platform queries.
  • Competitor comparison and gap analysis.
  • AI-generated improvement recommendations.
  • Scheduled monitoring and alerting (Pro and Agency plans).

3. Accounts & Payment

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Starter plan ($29), one-time payment, lifetime access to one website report with 4 checks.
  • Pro plan ($39/month), recurring subscription, cancelable anytime from your dashboard.
  • Agency plan ($99/month), recurring subscription, cancelable anytime.
  • Refunds: Starter plan is refundable within 7 days of purchase. Subscription payments are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent future charges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our scoring algorithms.
  • Resell or redistribute reports without an Agency plan subscription.
  • Use automated tools to exceed your plan's check limits.
  • Submit false or misleading brand information.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

AI Visibility and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Reports generated by the Service belong to you. You may use, share, and distribute them as you wish. We do not claim ownership of your brand data or check results.

6. Third-Party AI Platforms

Our Service queries third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity). We do not control their responses, availability, or accuracy. Results reflect what each platform returns at the time of the check. Platform behavior may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI platforms will always mention your brand, that scores will improve, or that our recommendations will produce specific results. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
