1. Information We Collect
When you use AI Visibility, we collect:
- Account information, your name, email address, and password hash when you create an account.
- Brand information, brand names, website URLs, and competitor URLs you submit for visibility checks.
- Check results, AI visibility scores, prompt results, and reports generated from your checks.
- Usage data, pages visited, features used, and check frequency for analytics.
- Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve our AI visibility checking service.
- To send you reports, alerts, and notifications you have requested.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To analyze usage patterns and improve our product.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your data. Your brand information, check results, and reports belong to you.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. API keys are hashed using SHA-256.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Stripe, payment processing. View Stripe's privacy policy.
- Supabase, database and authentication. View Supabase's privacy policy.
- Resend, transactional email delivery.
- Vercel, application hosting and edge functions.
- OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity APIs, used to perform visibility checks. We send anonymized prompts only.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in (Supabase session) and remember your selected brand (av_active_brand). These are always on.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics - _ga, _gid) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; they help us understand anonymous usage to improve the product. We use no third-party advertising cookies. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
